This includes detailed artwork review, pre-press separations, film and plate creation, precise press setup, custom ink mixing, and careful adjustments to position, inking, and impression. To ensure we can allocate the necessary time and resources and maintain our production schedule, we require payment before commencing any project.

Orders Under $500 (including GST):
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Production will not commence until full payment is received.

Orders Over $500 (including GST):
- A 50% production deposit is required to initiate the order. Production will not commence until the deposit is received.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the order.

Order Completion:
- Completed orders will not leave our workshop until full payment has been received.
